Dr. John Jose is the Founder and Program Director of Transcatheter Valve & Structural Heart Disease Program and Professor & Head of Unit II, Department of Cardiology, at Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore, India.
With extensive international experience in TAVI and structural heart interventions, including performing and mentoring procedures across India, Germany, Spain, Hungary, the Netherlands, Slovenia and other centres, he brings specialised expertise in the management of complex structural heart disease.
A pioneer in structural heart intervention, Dr. John has been associated with a series of world, Asian and Indian firsts across valve therapies, novel access routes, advanced structural heart procedures and mechanical circulatory support, helping expand the possibilities of less invasive treatment.
A recipient of several international and national cardiology awards, along with recognition for excellence in medicine and academia, he has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications and presented over 100 clinical cases at major national and international conferences.
